House Of Ruth Maryland The House Ruth Didn't Build Small, mid-sized and non-profit can be mentalities not just measures of size. The House Of Ruth Maryland is a 30-year old non-profit committed to ending domestic violence and serving the needs of those affected by it — from shelter to counseling to legal representation, and more. Like most small businesses and non-profits, HRM was created to address a need, not build an organization. Through thirty years of impressive accomplishment and an ever-expanding list of services, HRM grew and built an organizational structure to cope. But that structure struggles under the weight of an operational mentality that is sorely in need of fresh strategic thinking and evolutionary rebuilding. It is against that backdrop that Sandi and Joe Timmins were asked to help. Sandi, in particular, has so thoroughly integrated herself into the operational assessment of the organization and its incredible, and incredibly stretched, Executive Director that she is seen not as a consultant, but rather as a partner. It is that level of relationship that defines Primary Resource Group, Inc. as an entity, and measures the depth of Sandi and Joe's commitment to every project they undertake. |
